If youre looking to buy a house this year or any year, I would 1000/10 recommend going with Michael Houg! He explained every step of the way in great detail and very clearly explained what documents we were going to need to submit and when. I always heard buying a home was stressful and difficult but with Michael and his team it was the easiest smoothest process Ive ever done. It was easier than applying for an apartment! Michael and his team offered us a fair rate right off the door without the need for us to go back and forth a thousand times and hassle. James, his colleague, provided us with great information about locking the interest rate at the right time. Connie was very quick to get our application moving and responded to our many many questions as first-time homebuyers with patience and detail in a timely manner. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for a great team to work with in the Twin Cities metro!
