Dr. Stone is the best! Professional, courteous and very patient. So thankful for her knowledge and kindness in selecting hearing aids and adjusting to them for my mom. Personal and private one in one attention made a big difference.

Affinity Hearing donated a pair of hearing aids to a silent auction that I attended. My father has had trouble for years with his hearing but had never done anything to correct it. I was hesitant that he would even try the hearing aids, but when he agreed, I was determined to secure the donation. That day really changed everything for our family. Dr. Courtney has taken so much time to modify and tweak the hearing aids over the past year, and the result is that my father can now hear his grandkids, participate in family conversations, and has reengaged with the world around him. I cant recommend her services enough!!

I rate this provider very highly, based on the experience I've had making visits to their office clinic for a variety of service needs over the course of 11 years. Whenever I've come for a service, it's been a pleasant experience, not one I've dreaded. The staff have been courteous, the audiologist has been well-prepared and familiar with my particular hearing needs, also a good listener and adept at fixing various problems I've encountered with my hearing aids, including shell and micro-component repairs, also ear wax removals. Their charges have always been reasonable. My strong belief: I credit their high standard of care, the extra mile to which they've gone to correct my hearing loss that has really restored my confidence in my dealings with people: at work, socially, and family. And I can positively recommend this clinic to anyone with hearing loss.
