        Stated they sent a reminder of charges coming out, but no email. Call and dispute the email and they say they cant refund. Talked to multiple people and nothing. Disputed the charge with PayPal and got a refund. Then they sent me an email saying they were gonna refund with the supposed email the sent. Horrible

        As others have said Ive had a bogus charge put through on PayPal by this company and they refuse to refund.. I would put no stars if I could.

        Got a bogus charge on my credit card from these bozos. They will not return emails or phone calls. Not a great way to run a business.

        absolutely fraudulent, won't let you quit online, then when you call all they do is deny deny deny. they hope that you forget that they haven't processed your cancelation and then charge you and then tell you "company policy no refunds" when you find out they're still charging for something you've believed you've already canceled.
