        My mother had to take over the insurance policies after the sudden loss of my father. After being loyal customers for many years we felt we needed to shop around given the affordability of our premiums and because our previous insurance agent was not helpful or very communicative. Luckily we were connected with Ed and he helped walk my mother through all our current policies and was able to make the adjustments that saved a lot in premiums. He was well prepared, friendly, understood the situation my mother was in and answered all our questions. In the end we decided to stay and we thank Ed for making this the most pleasant experience we've ever had with an insurance agent. Thank you!
