Several errors by Cory. Failed to notify bank of policy change. Poor communication and follow up. Errors in the policy to include address and city. call the company their mailbox is full. Avoid at all cost.

We've been with Kyle at Lake County Insurance Services for several years. He is always attentive and understanding, and I trust him to help us make the very best decisions for our family. It's great to be able to talk various options, pros/cons, and feel good knowing the final decision was the best one.

We are very happy with the service provided by Lake Country Insurance. Changing insurances is a big deal and can be stressful. Tyler did an amazing job compiling all the information and data into a spreadsheet that allowed us to easily compare the coverage and rates and save us a lot of money. His communication and response time was top notch and there was never any pressure. I highly recommend this company to anyone! :)

I highly recommend talking to Adam about any insurance needs you may have, he is very knowledgeable, thorough in explaining anything you need to know and made this process as easy as I could hope for.
