        The lady who is in her 60s in her age with glasses is terrible barber I have came across in my entire life. Went for a haircut and beard trim and the lady was super rude and super hesitate to follow my inputs for haircut. She just totally ruined my hairstyle and wasted my whole day(as I went to a new saloon for my haircut again). When I gave her money to pay my haircut she literally thrown a side. Something that never happened to me in my entire lifeIll never come back and never recommend to anyone in my entire life I hope the management looks in this issue.

        Long time customer for over 13 years. Scheduled an appointment today for 40 minutes out for my son after school. There were new hair stylists I have never seen before and they were sitting in the back room with no clients. We were late, our fault, and they canceled our appointment. Told we had to recheck which was another 40 minutes even though they had no clients at the time. Guess they didn't want our money.
