Located in Plymouth, Minnesota, Mini Hops Gymnastics helps provide a fun, safe, and friendly environment for youth from 6 months to 18 years old and adults. Our team provides sports instruction including gymnastics, dance, karate, rhythmic gymnastics, adaptive gymnastics, trampoline and tumbling and strength training classes for the western suburbs of Minneapolis, in both competitive and recreational formats. It is one of the few remaining parent supported organizations in the country, and has a long and successful tradition of teaching young people to conquer their fears, while developing a willingness and ability to attempt new and challenging tasks. At Mini Hops Gymnastics, our experienced staff provides a large variety of programs and activities for children of all ages and abilities. We focus on teaching from the ground up, and work with each individual to ensure their needs are met at each stage of growth. With committed team members, a large facility, and many different programs, there is something for everyone to find at Mini Hops Gymnastics.
