I walked in and was greeted. I asked for some advice on what I can do to help tone out my brassy/orange tones. Let her know the color I was going for on toner. She grabbed the products to make that happen. Easy mixing instructions. Applied to hair. Waited 20 minutes and could see hair changing color. Washed it out. I was a bright yellow with orange highlights through out my hair and bright orange roots. All of my ends were fried. I felt defeated/depressed. I broke down and got into a salon to fix my hair and will never be back at Sally's. I never write a bad review, but this just made me so upset, be very careful if you go there and ask for help.

The staff members I encountered were friendly and greeted me upon entering the store. It is a small store so not as stocked as other Sallys I have been in. They were out of the product I came in for but I poked my head in the back room looking for an employee. Low and behold she was receiving the product that I needed so it was good timing.

Staff was relatively friendly once they actually helped meother Sallys Ive walked into the staff immediately greets me and asks if I need anything. I walked in today, two staff right up front and neither of them even looked at me. Found what I needed on my own and then stood at the register for a solid minute, moving my keys, clearing my throat, trying to get their attention over thereanother customer told them I was ready and waiting before someone came to check me out. Listened to them engaging with a customer about the sketchy and ghetto low income apartments near the store, which I guess isnt surprising based on the other reviews about racial profiling. :(
