        Who closes at 5 weekdays! And your closed on Saturdays!?!! Just close down this branch so no one else wastes thier time and gas on such a failure of customer service. Your hours are terrible

        I called regarding my account and left a message for my banker Carrie. She was on the phone and called me back promptly. Before calling me, she reviewed my account and already had the answers to my questions so I did not have to wait. Furthermore, I asked about current credit card products for my banking needs and she knew all the products including their rewards programs and was able to explain them clearly to me. Wonderful personal banking experience and I did not have to go through any phone prompts!!! Definitely recommend!
