Caring Hands Dental Clinic - Pipestone

Never will I ever go there again! I took my kids I was 5 mins late said sorry have to reschedule I was like ok so let's do the other two they came for one and when I was in with him they took my other daughter without telling me or asking anything and she is a diabetic! The tech was so good with my son but that dentist is horrible didn't introduce herself all she did was tell me how bad of a parent I am and to never let a child have candy. And i should be ashamed of myself. Fine have your opinion but do not lecture me on being a parent! That is be a bully. Now she tells my 7 year old daughter who is diabetic what she can cannot eat! Are you kidding me! With no parent nothing my sister tried to go with her they said no! If a parent wants an adult in with them they have to allow it. I will never ever go there again or refer anyone. Nice tech she was amazing But that dentist should be fired!

I had a good experience my first visit when Dr. Amy was there. Michaela the hygienist was always great with my kids, as was Dr. Amy. I had a poor experience with another dentist there though. They never introduced themselves, never talked to me, they would just start working and chatting away to the assistant the entire time as if I was an object and not a person. The experience was also quite painful as they were not gentle. When I needed to return for a final appointment I asked to not be scheduled with the same dentist but she came in anyway. My fillings that were done were done poorly and are very lumpy and rough. They are on the front surfaces on my front teeth so its very noticeable as well as food catches. I hoped they would smooth out over time since I really didnt want to come back, but they havent. Its just a bit sad when I can feel such a huge difference from the work Dr. Amy did on one side of my mouth to the work done on the other side. I understand that this is an office geared towards helping lower income individuals with state insurance. But struggling financially doesnt mean we deserve to be treated like less than anyone else, or have lower quality work on our teeth.

Very professional place of business. Staff are very good at what they do.Always a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. If you ever need any dental work this is definitely the place to go.
