We had high hopes for this place based on other reviews, but were very disappointed. After orders were placed and paid for, they notified us that they were out of hoagie buns and ham. Sandwiches were made on loaf bread, but they fell apart and just weren't the same. Gyro came out with meat not given the finishing fry/heat, so it was completely tasteless. Perhaps they have never had a real gyro and don't realize that the meat is usually spit roasted? I don't know, but we have no interest in coming back. The finishing touch was that restrooms are downstairs and thus totally inaccessible to the person in our party who uses a wheelchair. Friendly staff gets them a second star, but unfortunately that doesn't make up for the subpar factors.
