When, late in the process, we discovered that the seller did not come through on an amount they originally verbally promised to pay, she insisted on taking responsibility for it. Diane was an amazing help throughout the process of selling my Mom's house after she passed away. She made an emotional and stressful experience smooth and easy for me. She walked through the house with me to identify what did and didn't need to be done to help sell it quickly, and even pointed out what could be a concern with inspection, so I had plenty of time to get those things fixed as well. Any time I had a question, I always received a prompt response, even over the holidays. I can't thank her enough for being in my corner through the whole process! If you are looking to buy or sell a home, she will be by your side every step of the way!
