Monson Eyecare Center

I have had my eye exams here for the last 5 years and will continue to have them here. I know Im getting a thorough eye exam. All team members have always been helpful and are knowledgeable. With my appointment yesterday, there were a few things I would consider issues and give less than 5 stars BUT they are things out of the control of the healthcare and feel this needs to be addressed due to some reviews I see. First I argued with one staff over wearing a face mask. I dont think I should have to wear a mask if I choose not to. Face diapers are not my thing. We need to follow the real science behind it and stop the fear. Second I did have to wait longer than I expected for the doctor. But just as any other healthcare doctors get behind, it happens for many reasons so prepare for it and not give a negative review over it. Once the doctor came in I did express my thoughts on the mask and I learned that this is something that comes from the Board that they have to follow since they are healthcare. I dont think this would be so enforced if it was left up to the actual clinic but they must follow the rules to stay in business. Will I return here next year, absolutely.

The staff at Monson were excellent. We had a last minute issue come up and they were able to squeeze us in and take care of all our needs!

2 stars only because everyone is wearing a mask LITERALLY EVERYONE. Liberal business much?!

Seemed decent,,helpful staff ,friendly. ..I'm not on board with a local pratice,not done in other areas of the country..a 20 dollar handling fee ..for new glasses ..2nd time I've had too pay this, at another location local....maybe it's like the shell.game? Where cost r shifted from one area of the sale to another. I've found Minnesota expensive ,compared too other areas of the usa ,in general.
