I ordered him a roast beef sandwich with fries, and when he opened the wrapper it was so wet and saturated it was dripping thru to the tray it came on. He couldn't even eat more than a quarter of it, but didn't have time to argue or get something different, due to his short lunch breaks.
His mom and I ordered burgers which were good. I never have a problem with the mushroom and Swiss, its always my go to.
When I grabbed ketchup it was so runny, had zero consistency, and when dipping the fries in it, the ketchup dripped off of it like it was watered down.
While we were eating the manager was talking really loud, swearing and sitting on a crate. Which made the atmosphere not so relaxing. However it was very clean, the bathrooms were clean, could maybe have music playing just to cut down the conversation from the kitchen.
