Used to be good. Ive purchased multiple pieces of equipment from here over the last 15 years. After the last two interactions in-store I will be shopping elsewhere for my outdoor equipment. When browsing snowblowers earlier this year, I inquired about trading in and was told they no longer do that. No reason given. Disappointing. Not a deal-breaker, but disappointing. The straw that broke the camels back is when I brought a piece of equipment in for repair under a safety recall. I was specifically told by the manufacturer to bring it to Mankes (an authorized repair center) for the repair. When I arrived, I ended up standing around waiting for someone to help. When someone did finally arrive to assist, I was told they no longer dealt with that manufacturer and essentially washed their hands of the whole situation. This was despite having the manufacturers logo very prominently displayed in their showroom with equipment on display below. Apparently they cant be bothered to communicate with the manufacturer that they were no longer going to stand behind their products so that people arent mistakenly directed to their shop. Maybe its intentional to increase foot traffic.

10/10 very polite and helpful staff. They will be straight with you. Can get parts and serviced here as well, no worrying about going on a wild goose hunt.
