        When my furnace stopped producing heat, I got worried that I was going to be paying an arm or leg to get this fixed. Luckily, this was not the case. As a DIY guy, I've been able to make simple repairs within my scope until now. Technician (Billy) found the problem right away, and as requested, explained the components locations and their common issues. Now with this new found knowledge, I can definitely say it's worth the price for the repair. Highly Recommend and would call again for future repairs!

        After 23-yrs with original AC and Furnace we decided to replace before experiencing a failure. Called Owatonna Heating and Cooling to get a quote - and twice they failed to show up to simply provide a quote. Finally had Wes come to the house after nearly 3-weeks, rcvd quote a couple days later, selected package, and had installation scheduled 17 October - and nobody showed up. Decided to just contact another provider. Rcvd quote the same day, and had new AC/Furnace installed 3-days later. Issue is with Office Staff at Owatonna Heating and Cooling - poor customer service, poor communications, failing to schedule appointments, etc. Do not recommend.

        Can you post a negative star.... Had them out on a Tuesday find out our air was shot.. Ask for estimate for a replacement took the 9 days to to email us a quote, REALLY... Had another company install one on that following Tuesday... How can you stay in business that way??
