I stayed here for one night while attending a conference in Owatonna. My room was comfortable and quiet (the shower was especially nice) and the location was excellent. The staff was wonderfully welcoming and helpful too!
Rooms: Small bit well designed and brand new!

We stayed here for Super Bowl Sunday night. They let us check-in early. Upon checking in at the Front Desk, Managers Esperanza, Serena and Tayshon greeted us in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner. They worked as a team to answer our questions and get us checked in. The entire staff were very professional. We will be staying here again anytime we need accommodations and for sure next years Super Bowl. A hotel is only as good as it's staff and Courtyard by Marriott has the best staff.

Rooms: We have stayed at hotels across Minnesota. This is a new hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless. A+ Coffee in room and Starbucks Coffee Machine down stairs. Our room had a large TV. It was bigger than most hotel room TV's. This was the most important feature as we were there to watch the Super Bowl.
Food & drinks: Great food and bar on-site. The vending area was well stocked. It was easy to find whatever was need or I forgot to pack. The prices were very reasonable.
Noteworthy details: When you walk in the unique glass fireplace catches your eye. The waiting room/resting area is spotless and the floor plans pull everything together.

We stopped in for Bourbon and Burgers with my parents on a Thursday night. The food and drinks were amazing. Would recommend stopping in. Pleasant area to sit and the staff was super friendly.

Stayed here a few nights on business. My room was clean and very modern. There is a bar downstairs, which you don't see very often. Will stay here every time I am in town.
Walkability: Bunch of great bars and restaurants within walking distance.
