Best dentist I have ever visited! Historically, I've felt dentists were rude and condescending, but the dentist I saw here was super nice, and very caring! Great experience and they fixed my tooth ache right away. I will always drive the 45 minutes to this office in the future, despite having much closer ones.

I have used Aspen dental twice. The first time they repaired a chipped tooth. When I chipped another tooth, I called to see if they could repair it. I was told yes, come on in. I thought I would go in and get it repaired. When I got in I was told I had to do x-rays and have an assessment first and it would not be repaired this day. No clear explanation for why I was not notified before my appointment. Many apologies were given. I was told the previous Dentist should not have repaired the chipped tooth. I was told I needed a cap and a deep cleaning and the repairs were near 5K. I left the office. I call back at a later date to get a breakdown of the costs. I decided to call back a second time to get an appointment. I have left over five messages in the last five days to schedule this appointment with no response. I hope now is they give my new dentist the x-rays.
