        Megan was very helpful with us as we chose our flooring and backsplash. She was very efficient, organized and so pleasant to work with. We were very nervous to make flooring choices but she made it easy.

        Update: 2/2024 FocalPoint to respond on next steps - now waiting 2+ months for the response. Would not recommend - floor is coming up in multiple places in less than a year. FocalPoint is not standing behind their product after glueing down a floating floor. Says it is standard defects!

        We purchased a new construction home from DR Horton two years ago and Focal Point was the vendor that installed the flooring. After the warranty period had ended with DR Horton, a number of issues became apparent with our main level laminate flooring. Focal Point stepped up where DR Horton would not, identified the issues, and ultimately did a complete re-install of the flooring. All issues were resolved, the team that did the pull-up/reinstall was top notch, and we feel great about the entire situation. We would definitely use Focal Point in the future for other flooring projects and very much appreciate them standing behind their work.

        This specific flooring sucks!!!!!! Its pretty immediately after washing but give it 1-2 hours and it looks horrific again. You can see every single foot print etc.. it ALWAYS looks dirty. Id recommend they not sell this anymore bc its a nightmare. You will be displeased I promise..
