Claims reps never answer emails, takes forever to get reimbursed. Horrible experience! Its stressful enough to be on work comp then have to deal with this garbage!?

Gallagher Bassett is the worst insurance company on the planet!!! Ive been trying to resolve an accident that happened in a Cub Foods parking lot in December 2022. The assistant manager gave me a name and phone number for a GB representative. I called about 20 times and left at least 10 messages and got zero response. I stopped be their physical location in Maple Grove only to find out that they left that location a year ago. After more research and a few phone calls I got another contact and phone number. Finally a response and they told me that they wont cover anything. On top of that, they had wrongly closed my claim because they had thought the claim was for the shopping cart and not my vehicle. What a joke. Like I said earlier, worst insurance company ever!!! Like many other reviewers have stated, if I could give zero stars I would.

Been on the phone for over 2 hours. No one has been able to help me with my claim... They keep telling me that they only handle workers comp and that I need to call National Union, then National Union tells me that Gallagher needs to be the one that I submit my claim through. The same cycle just repeats itself.

Hands down the worst insurance company. I was hit by someone who is insured by this company. Katy Angus is not capable of doing her job or responding to questions. She will tell you different then she tells the shop who is working on your car. A check was supposedly sent a month ago, I have reached out on numerous occasions informing that the check was not received and asking for confirmation where is was sent. And she stopped responding. This company isnt trust worthy and I would never recommend working with Katy Angus
