What happened? They provided great service for a long time. We messed up a few times by forgetting to unlock our privacy gate. Our fault, not theirs. They just stopped sending invoices and wont return calls or emails. Look, if you dont want us as a customer, just say so

Ive used poo force for a few months, and they have been consistently high quality, affordable, and communicative. There have been months where I needed to cancel a day because of being out of town for a week (and subsequently having no droppings to collect) and theyve been great about rescheduling and/or crediting my account if it was already paid. Amazing customer service and response, affordable pricing, and great quality job!
