        My sons primary insurance is in network with this provider. But because he also had state insurance as a secondary, they cancelled his appointment and told me they wouldnt see him. Theyre reasoning was that they wouldnt get paid for any balance that wasnt covered by the primary insurance, even though they had us sign a financial agreement in his registration paperwork. There is literally no difference between him having no secondary insurance at all and not being able to bill it. They clearly cherry pick the patients they want to treat. Formal MN Board of Dentistry/MDA complaint here I come.
