    The Renters warehouse team in Mankato are awesome to work with. From filling out the paperwork to pretty much being able to text them about issues with the apartment and getting a response right away they were always ready to help. If you are gone for a bunch of days they will even check the property to grab mail and make sure things are going well. They were also really good about notifying and scheduling tours before you rent and when you are packing up to move. Logan was the main guy I was always in contact with. If I have to rent in Mankato I definitely will be checking their properties first!

    This is a very unprofessional business! Saw a house ask to move in they said it was ready as soon you pay down-payment and 1st month rent. We did then they didn't reply till 2 weeks later blaming owner from the house on 4th st nw Montgomery,MN. Saying they didn't do anything or had any permits, they can't belive how people can be like this. We move in the and the 1st week I ask to get the heater check 3 days later randy finally reply to us and he said heater was fine to check it my self and turn it up. Well it didn't work I contact him again and he didn't reply 3 days later I text again and said I'm calling the county well thats how he finally reply and scheduled a plummer 3 days later. My 1 year old had to wear her winter clothes inside the house so she could be warn about 3 weeks well plummer come turn pressure up and he said ok that should work. It didn't work because the air just comes in around doors and windows even after i plastic the windows so I contact randy and he reply "plummer said it was warn enough as I text him a picture of my thermostat at 67 when it was set for 76 and thats been it sinces. I guess the plummer has more right than we the renters. My gf post a review to share our experience and randy text her demanding her to take it down and TREAT her. We have all text and even the ones from his wife, since december we moved they have not fix what we ask about, specifically gaps where air comes in around doors mostly and windows from kitchen cabinets, plank flooring is pealing off but randy said he imspected the house and everything was fine also that was another reason why the house was delay, he didn't have time to check the house but him and his wife were very attentive when it was time to pay. Also the randy person will set up appointments with companies to show up at the property being rented very early in the morning, knowing no one is avaliable and with out informing the renter to purposely mass with the renter but also waste the other business time and you can say waste the landlords money. They are both thieft. They will keep your deposit for no reason.

    HORROR STORY!!! Randy is not professional, did not manage my property, did not visit or walk my home unless specifically requested. The tenant did 20,000 worth of damage to a brand new remodel home, did not take pictures of damage and hid the damage in some cases. My next door neighbor on more than one ocassion had to report the teenagers of tenant broke into windows sue to be locked out when mother was home. Was paid to fix damage and was not done, I had to pay another handy to repair. He kept the deposit. I had to change locks on doors just to get him and company to call me back. The it was text and he was defensive and felt insulted I had asked for him to do his job. The furnace filter alone had not been changed in 3 years and that was part of our agreement to just walk through seasonal. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. REPORT TO BETTER BUSINESS. Mr. Nogle is very adept at exaggeration and making a bad situation worse. He is the first owner to give me a bad review in the 10 years that we have been in business. We managed his rental house professionally from the start until the end. I would make at least two maintenance calls per year and personally changed the furnace filter in October of 2022. I did not even charge for the maintenance I performed so he would not even know if I had been at the house. Giving owners free maintenance is just a small part of how I conduct business. We did a move out video upon the tenant vacating and also had two of our maintenance men working night and day because we only had a couple days before the new tenants were moving in. Mr. Nogle decided he was going to go another direction than allowing the tenants to move in (I believe he decided to move a friend in to save himself a tenant placement fee?) after a lease had already been signed. I informed him that the tenants have a legally binding contract and this could get expensive for him. He insisted on not allowing us to do our job of getting the house rent ready and moving in the approved tenants. We had to place the tenants in a comparable house in Owatonna at great expense to Renter Warehouse and inconvenience to his innocent new tenants. This saved him from a potential lawsuit for not honoring a signed lease. Unfortunately, because of his irrational decisions he probably has cost himself thousands of dollars. He could have had great tenants in his rental December 1 and I was even going to go out of pocket to help limit the turn around expenses. Now, he probably has an unfinished vacant house and he definitely has more expenses coming when I sue him for breach of contract and damages for my money I had already invested in his house. He is right about one thing, I would not call him back. I exclusively texted him because he had proven I could not trust him. Respectfully, Randy Hoehn, President, Renters Warehouse Mankato
