They did an excellent job! Great communication, got the job done very quickly, beautiful work, and even came back quickly to paint more when I changed my mind on a portion of the house I initially said to leave as is. Highly recommend!

TL, DR version: Purity Painting did an incredible job, and i would give them 50 stars if i could. 100 stars even! 1,000!!! Short story long version: Purity Painting recently painted the three bedrooms in my home and the kitchen. Not only did they do a phenomenal job with the work they did, they definitely went over and above and completely exceeded my expectations. My expectations were that they would do a professional paint job. But that's all I expected. Not only did they do an incredible job fixing problem areas like stress cracks and prepping and painting the rooms we asked them to, they helped guide me through steps of some painting diy projects I am planning, spackled and sanded a small problem area in a completely different room when my mom asked what to use to fix the issue she had tried to paint over, and even adjusted the globe on my ceiling fan that a fan blade kept hitting (they turned the fan on to help with paint drying and when they noticed the issue they fixed it and when I asked they said yeah, it was just a quick fix this is what we did...whereas I just had had it in my head that I couldn't use that ceiling fan ever). So, when I say they went above and beyond, I really mean it. In addition to the extras mentioned, the rooms look phenomenal. I worked with Matthew, and he even called and came by the day after to do the walk through and make sure I was happy with how it turned out (as well as give me product tips and take me through the steps of those DIY projects. BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE! Not only were they amazing for all of those reasons, this is what got me working with them in the first place: I was blown away by them working with my budget. When I started getting quotes I really thought I was going to have to do all the painting myself, which I /could/ do, but I'm a big woman and step ladders make me very uncomfortable, which I disclosed to Matthew when I had reached out to get the quote. So, when I told him what I was thinking my budget would be and how I didn't think I could afford to hire someone after all, he crunched some numbers and worked to adjust the budget to actually work for me. I was absolutely blown away by that act of kindness and generosity. So, long story longer (I'm a wordy birdy), Purity Painting has a customer for life (and as a first time homeowner, there will be plenty of future projects I'll be reaching out to them with) in me, and I hope this review helps them have a customer for life in you.

I highly recommend Purity Painting. Matthew, Carrie and team are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Their approach to a project is impressive. They communicate effectively what to expect, and they over deliver. Not only were they super helpful in choosing a color, the whole process was so easy for me. I work from home, and I thoroughly enjoyed having the team (Will, Matthew and Lizzy) work in my home for 4 days. They treated me and my home with utmost respect. The care and work they put into the preparation of painting was beyond expectations. The precision and quality of workmanship in their painting was exceptional. They also taught me techniques that I can use in the future. This is a special, unique company, and I couldnt be happier with the outcome!
