We used them to design and build our garage (36'x60') started off good with the planning process, but then as time went on it got worse and worse. We made some changes to the plans which we told who we were working with and watched them take note but didn't seem to make the changes to the plans. we did logix block and after it was done we told them there was extra and needed to be picked up and returned. we were told several times it would be picked up it and after 3-4 weeks it finally got picked up. we told him we needed everything delivered to set our trusses. our trusses got delivered but nothing else no sheeting, bracing, hurricane clips, nothing else knowing we were setting them that Saturday. so we had to reschedule the crane we already had scheduled to set them with. putting us a week behind. the theme of our build is getting only enough for half of our build if we are lucky. we have made more trips to Menards to get the other half of what we weren't delivered then I can count. The person on our project's communication is horrible, customer service is horrible, wont own up to mistakes or try to fix them in a timely manor. Currently waiting on him to fix his screw up on our roofing material count.

I wanted to thank the staff in rental center for going above and beyond when the hydroseeder I rented got clogged. One of the staff came right out and we spent over 4 hours working to unclog it. He was soaked and kept a positive attitude during the whole process. Knowing a rental center will come right out and fix something provides great peace of mind.

Great local spot if you need supplies. They don't have the biggest selection, but they have great service.
