They want mid level skills and responsibilities, but are only willing to pay the bare minimum. You can make more money at McDonald's than here. Their Internet connection is terrible. It looked like they use dial-up, it is so bad. Major red flag that there is infrastructure problems and they don't invest in adequate IT. The HR lady couldn't answer any questions. Does she even know her own company? They are owned by the Chinese company, EiG. I do not want to work and help a company that undermines the US.

Toxic and dysfunctional company culture. Highly qualified candidate with years of experience in business, management, and sales. Virtual interview by hr with strong positive reception, followed by incoherent bait-and-switch interview for a completely different position, consisting of mostly respectful silence from me as interview team praddled on with small talk, the finer points of cultural recreation, their job satisfaction and roles and other such irrelevancies and failed to engage my profile vis as via job responsibilities. I left feeling they knew barely more about me than when I entered. During breaks in their monologue, I managed to interject questions of my own meant to serve as a last ditch attempt to engage the topic at hand and get the interview process back on the rails: ("Thank you for reviewing the role. At this point, I don't have any further questions. Do you have questions for me?") but it was of no use. I purposely expressed concern about my experience to hr immediately following my interview, knowing that the timing of my complaint would provide them the chance to address the issue regardless of any offer of employment. I was promptly and flatly discarded, without explanation or apology for what I had taken my time to endure. In my ten years in the business sector, many of them in management, I have never experienced such disrespectful, bizarre behavior.
