I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone honestly. Run down unit for expensive prices even their remodeled apartments are so janky. Management sucks, they dont do their job or handle issues well. They ignore their tenants and there are units here that are infested with bugs issues, issues with the windows, old vents and more. Nothing about this place is worth 1000+ just money hungry fr dont rent here.

3 out of 5 stars. I've lived in worse places but there are nicer apartments in the Mankato area than these. What you see is what you get when you tour - if something is broken when you tour don't expect it to be fixed by move in or during your tenure. Pros: nice neighbors, lots of students and families, outdoor picnic tables that are very popular in warm months, large trees and a lawn for hanging out or playing outside, decent apartments, plenty of parking, nice wide stairs, apartments have balconies and sliding doors and come with AC units, reasonable rent for the amount of space you get, nice cordless blinds, lots of natural light in the units, they spray for bugs annually, coin laundry in the building, they accept section 8/housing choice voucher (HCV). Generally safe, quiet, and decent place to live. Cons: your packages or deliveries will be stolen, bikes chained up outside will be stolen, no elevator only stairs, appliances not maintenanced (my AC smells like rot, dishwasher doesn't work, stove is from the 90s and broken), management unresponsive to requests for repairs and accessibility for disabled tenants, bugs/roaches and mold, bad smells (no central ventilation in the building, causes the mold and smell issues), ground floor doors locked which makes visitors and packages extremely difficult to accept (there is no way to buzz them in from your unit), laundry machines are very old and it's difficult to get enough quarters to operate them. Generally issues are with common space security and more involved maintenance. To be determined: building was sold to new management a couple months back who have responded decently to maintenance requests that previous management ignored, replaced stinking hallway carpet, brought things generally up to code including CO alarms, and appear to clean the common areas on a regular basis. We shall see if improvements continue. I'll be impressed if they address the ventilation issues causing the mold and smells and the theft from common spaces.

(NO CAMERAS AND THEY DONT PLAN ON GETTING ANY) Lived here for a few years now, and I've never been stolen from so much in my Life until i moved here. This is a horrible place to live. People steal from your porch, car, and even your Garage! And good luck working with NATH, because they are the most unreasonable company you could ever deal with. They came to inspect the building so i naturally was gonna bring up the problems with this place, and the OWNERS flat out ignored every word of mine. I went to talk to the property manager on what to do about the (broken into) garage situation, and they raised my rent! Good luck asking about maintenance, they will get to you a FULL year after you have contacted them. NO CAMERAS! i repeat NO CAMERAS! If you value your belongings, do NOT live here. They will be stollen by Meth users. Pictures tagged are what my garage looked like after it was robbed.
