        Assigned them by AAA to jump my car, long story short they needed to come back as it died again in ann intersection a few minutes later. I called and they returned no question, jumped it again and followed me to my house to ensure I made it back. The guys were friendly and very helpful.

        Shocking that AAA works with these folks. AAA has gone way downhill as a service in general, but as a provider you shouldnt be allowed to accept a tow, wait for an hour with no follow up, give an eta and then decline the tow. Put us back at square one waiting for a tow from a legit company when we couldve been in the queue for the past hour. Poor experience.

        Assigned by AAA to do a tow. Older gentleman got in the car and excessively revved the engine and when I asked that he please stop, he got mad and left us. He lied to AAA and said the car was boxed in by other cars which was completely false. Worst experience with a tow company. Reported to AAA for what he did to the car. Weird that another towing company showed up with a flatbed and had no issues moving the car in the exact same parking situation. Just keep reading their reviews and you will get a sense of what you are dealing with. Good luck! And his reply is false and full of more lies. The other company backed right up to the back of the car and loaded it from behind. They never even asked to start it. Same level of congestion and there was plenty of room to maneuver their truck. When this guy stormed out of the car he left it in drive. Just stay away from them if you can. Their rating says A LOT about the way they operate.

        These people work with AAA. My son went to pick up my car this morning and because I wasn't in there they wouldn't even help him, I wasn't with him because I'm having a hard time walking. told AAA that he was a car thief.. So I made another request and I guess the same people were called and they wouldn't even take the request to come and get us. I would never ever work with these people again. My husband who buys many many parts and knows a lot about this company will never ever stepped in their doors again. They were terrible. Terrible!! I also shared this with all my friends on Facebook so that they won't bother with this company. Terri luthe

      We never accepted a AAA call or got one for you if I would of accepted the call I would of been calling you minutes after but I never spoke to someone from AAA or you about doing a call I know nothing about it and my company is a legit company but I can't do a call i have no knowledge of

      Its not about we couldn't load the vehicle. You're vehicle was sitting behind another vehicle we could not get at the front of the vehicle to load it safely and behind the vehicle was a intersection on a busy street im sure later in the day the person infront of the vehicle moved then had no problem loading the vehicle safely if we was to try and load the vehicle right there it would put us right in the middle of traffic on a busy street right at noon you yourself tried to move the vehicle because you knew it was in a bad spot and there was alot of traffic you didn't get it to move so you was asked if we could try you had no objections. as soon as I got into the vehicle you started having a problem so I shut the car off and i left the car the car wasn't even put in gear and we did no damage to the vehicle but I couldn't load the vehicle safely so no one could hit us my truck and You're vehicle. you said you just had the vehicle at a shop that was right down the road they told you they couldn't fix it and it needed to be take it to a dealership the shop would of been a safe place to load from. why did you take it from the shop when you knew the vehicle was unsafe/unreliable to drive you also said the vehicle was drove to the shop so you knew the vehicle had problems before and after you had it at a shop. The vehicle was never put in gear If the vehicle was "left in drive" you would of said so in your first reply you wouldn't of waited tell after my reply samething about loading the vehicle backwards you only said it was loaded backwards "with so much room" tell after my reply we never moved the vehicle we never towed,loaded,hooked on or anything and after dealing with you im glad I never did. i have no reason to lie

      This was a AAA call. we run a legit business that does everything by the book and the rules. when I received this call I asked if the member was with the vehicle the call manger said "yes the member is with the vehicle". I call the phone number given by AAA and was told it was the members phone number. i called the number asked to speak with Terri luthe the person on the other end said "yes that's me", I asked if they was with the vehicle they said "yes". I get out there I asked to see a photo ID and AAA card then I was told that you was not there and he was not the member, he told me "I didn't think it mattered that you(the member) was not there" but when we spoke on the phone he did not tell me he was the one out there and you was not. there was no stand in approved or nothing said about you not being there. it is policy that the member is with the vehicle and show I photo ID and a AAA card when we arrive. I never told AAA your son was a thief I told them the member is not with the vehicle and someone else is, they told me their is no documentation that you was not going to be there. as far as everything else, we do not know who you or your husband is and we do not sell parts.
