        New Hope storage staff is dishonest and has horrible customer service. My vehicle got stolen one month before I was supposed to move into my unit and I gave new Hope plenty of cancellation notice. The police even put New Hope Storage in the police report because they were sure they refund me as I paid in full to store my car for nine months. I also rented a second unit but that was not needed since everything got stolen. New Hope refused to refund my money and just kept telling me thats policy. They refunding off for a month by lying first about a refund which they ended up refusing to do. They are trying to keep almost $1000 of mine after I went through a robbery. Terrible people and would never suggest being a part of them.
