I have been looking for a quality massage therapist for some time now. I've been to several in the area, and never really found one that provided the expertise I needed. Enter Tammy and Better Health Concepts. From my first appointment, I knew that Tammy was the massage therapist I had been seeking. Tammy listens to you, addresses the issue, and makes suggestions on how to keep the problem areas moving properly. She has great technique, never rushed. Tammy always gives a "5-minute" warning, so you can refer her back to any areas that need further attention before the session is over, rather than being surprised at an abrupt end to your session, which I have always appreciated. So glad I found her!

For over 12 years I couldn't walk for more than 50 feet without my hip flexors cramping. Even after 3 months of Physical Therapy 3 times a week, no improvement. Turns out there are tendons that have to be therapeutically stretched beyond what you can do yourself with simple exercise. Tammy really knows how to apply pressure to just the right points to release that tightness. It takes special training and she's had it! Therapeutic Massage is much different than a relaxation, feel-good massage. My record so far is almost a mile without pain. You deserve the treatment required to improve your situation. And her packages make it very affordable. Go for it!

Tammy is a wonderful massage therapist! She knows her stuff and helps you for the long run. I went to her while pregnant and she gave me tips for at home. Before pregnancy she helped loosen some knots in my back that had been there for years. Great to work with.

Tammy is a very thorough massage therapist. She customizes each massage session to your individual needs whether it be for relaxation or pain management. I always leave her office feeling much younger and more flexible.
