        I've never met the employees at Numotion because I had to cancel my appointment as I was not feeling well, they were able to take the information that I filled out and started the fitting on my motorized scooter. I was so excited. I can't wait to meet them.

        I will never use Numotion again. It took them 7 , yes 7 months to get critical parts for my son's wheelchair. Asked for a loaner, no one called me back. Call after call, talked to admin., customer service, kept getting the runaround from everyone. Finally turned them into the Attorney General's office because of their lack of very poor customer service. They would call me and tell me the parts were in and make an appointment to come out and it would end up being the wrong parts, this happened at least 6-7 times. Nobody had an explanation for anything. Please do not use this company for any healthcare services, they don't know which way is up and for them taking 7 months to get parts, unbelievable!!!! Very, very poor customer service. I rate them a -10!!!
