Brendan is the best teacher Ive ever worked with. He has a way of simply/clearly explaining things with such passion and expertise that as the student its easy to understand and get excited about what youre doing. Would def recommend to anyone - youll get hooked!

From first contact to walking in the door I experienced first class service. Excellent tour of facility and explanation of expectations. Very clean and appropriately sized to handle classes. Top tier instruction and experience in all techniques; not only the how, but also examples of everyday situations which could present themselves where techniques may need to be applied. Direct access to instructor allowing for a very personalized experience. Very responsive to inquiries, and great use of technology to ensure timely communication with students. 100% Will continue to recommend to others!

If you are looking to train jiu-jitsu for self-defense, I cannot recommend this place enough. This gym is one of the few gyms in the area that's main focus is self-defense before sport. Brendan is incredibly knowledgable and passionate about Gracie Jiu Jitsu and it shows in the dedication he has to the gym, his students, and his own learning. After 3 years of training in 2 other gyms, I can confidently say that Kishketon Jiu Jitsu Academy has been the best!

My girls are in the bully proof program. I like the clean gym and love the energy Brendan has with the kids. The kids also really enjoy playing dodgeball at the end of every session. I appreciate the lessons discussed during class and incorporating them outside of lessons with the chance to join Gracie game day. Gives the kids a goal to reach.
