        Manager Ikaran and the team at Brighton Oaks really did a good job despite the small number of staff compared to the number of residents in the apartment complex. Whenever there is a problem, she responds quickly. For instance, when I requested an extra key for my apartment, she provided a date to pick it up, and when I arrived for the appointment, my key was ready. she is polity and respectful. we the residents are requesting the management to do something about the smoking of Marijuana/Weed in the stairs. the other day someone was smoking Weed on the stairs at fourth floor next to my unit; the odor was strong and spreading within my unit. We have two month old baby and two toddlers. It's constant and the whole neighbors are complaining about it. I think if there is Cameras in the hallway and the stairs, this persons can be seen. Please do something about this Marijuana.

        December is my 4th month living here at Brighton Oaks apartments. My experience is pretty good so far. I am reading all the reviews and I have not encountered any problems with the management. Every time I have had to contact the management or needed their help they resolved all my issues in a timely fashion. Usually, the first few months after moving into a new place can be overwhelming, so Ikran helped us transition into our new home without difficulties by being attentive and quick to responding requests. We hit few hiccups (nothing related to the management or Brighton Oaks) during our move-in and she did everything to help us secure our apartment before the start of school. I appreciate her for working very hard with me and my family. Recently, I was having trouble paying my rent on my portal. When I spoke with Ikran, she resolved the problem promptly. When I realized that my heat was out of batteries and not working, I stopped by the office and they put in the maintenance work, they came to fix it promptly. I am sure they have their hands full as the building is pretty big and issues are bound to happen, so being patient important.
