The Exchange Apartments

Great place, I feel safe living here and for the most part, its quiet. Im not looking forward to the summer though when cowboy jacks get rowdy again. Them motorcyclists and their revving can be quite annoying. I also dont like how the pool is right in the middle of the whole apartment complex because there is no privacy in that. I had problem with my breakers the first month living here but thankfully they fixed it right away. I dont have any problems submitting tickets and having the maintenance team work on it right away so for that Im grateful! There are some imperfections inside my apartment where the construction workers didnt do a great job. My island table moves and doesnt stay put if I put too much pressure on it which shouldnt be an issue in the first place. Some marks and scuffs before I moved in as well. I have a 2 bedroom and the one bedroom without a window has absolutely no air circulation so I have to have a fan in there. Overall I think its a great place to live, but I think for the some of the circumstances, the place is overpriced for its little imperfections. I give it a 4 out of a 5 :)

Very happy with the apartment and the building. Extremely well decorated and maintained. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping.
