Tonka Built installed a new dock, boathouse, and boat lift for us this summer. We were extremely satisfied with the service we received from Jake and his team. and the product they installed is excellent. We highly recommend their services!

Super unprofessional. Spoke to Jake early February about installing my dock and he told me he's pretty sure they could do it and just needed to take a look first. Never heard from him again and decided to reach out right before ice out to see if he looked at our dock and was able to install it. After a month of multiple calls, texts, voicemails, and emails he finally responded to me with names of other dock companies. Now I get to scramble and try to find someone last minute. Extremely disappointing how he handled the situation. I understand they probably had a ton of install requests and may have forgotten about me but don't ghost my calls until it's almost too late to get someone else to do it

If you are contemplating going elsewhere for any of your dock/barge/transportation needs, DON'T. Jake is a top notch dude, with years of experience not only on anything dock or lift related, but also with customer service. I was blown away with his ability to relate and understand any situation. He is always looking out for your best interests. I was very impressed and would recommend him and Tonka Built LLC over and over again.

I had purchased a lake house a few years ago and decided I would like a dock installed. I contacted Tonkabuilt and they designed a dock to my liking and fit my budget. The whole process went seamlessly and I couldn't be happier. It went in faster than I could get my boat ready for the water. Highly recommend this company!

Great experience! Jake and team did a great job at a great price. After looking around at docks they make the highest quality, most thoughtful boathouses. It is the small things that make the difference and their modular approach is the best. Jake is awesome to deal with and I could learn a think or two from him with how he deals with clients. Could not be happier!
