Tree Pro's Tree Service & Landscaping

I hired this company after some research. I had 3 giant dead ash trees that were very close to my house in a backyard with very limited access. The decision was made to hire a 55 ton crane for the operation. The large crew that showed up including the owner who works along side were top notch. The coordination between the front and back of the house was amazing. Though this was a very expensive service due to my unique situation I feel the amount was very fair and their service was worth every dollar I spent. Would highly recommend this company for you tree removal especially if your situation is complicated.

We had 2 trees removed and 1 tree trimmed. We received over 5 quotes and Tree Pros had the best value and was able to accommodate our timeline. They ground our stumps for an amazing price and cleaned up the entire area they worked in. After completing the job we had a storm and another very small branch came loose, Tree Pros came out the next day and removed the branch for free. Their quality of service, price, and response time is unmatched. My lot has 7 more trees and we will absolutely be using Tree Pros for our future trimming needs.

These guys have quite the operation. Took good care and removed a large rotted maple for me, ground out the stump and didn't damage our garden fence. Barely left much of anything for that matter. Thanks! Services: Tree stump grinding, Tree removal

Tree Pros were in our neighborhood doing work for several of my neighbors one day. I was not not home, but my significant other was, and he was provided a quote by Jeremy. I texted Jeremy about 3 weeks later (I had been traveling) and asked if we could walk through the quote he provided me. He responded and came out to my house right away. Jeremy was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and provided me with a very competitive quote. I accepted his quote and actually ended up having more work done than he had originally quoted me for. Jeremy and his crew were out to my house the NEXT DAY. Unfortunately, I could not be home for the work, but my mother was and said they did an amazing job. The have top notch equipment and have an impressive crew that work very well together. I am told it was quite the operation. :) I had about 6-8 pines that needed to be removed on my property line and they did their best to keep the mess off my neighbors property. Ultimately, the neighbors let them bring their equipment on their property to get a better angle at the trees. My neighbors RAVED about how charming and professional they were during the process. They actually had them trim a few of their branches while they were there. :) Tree Pros did an amazing job and cleaned up my property very well when they were finished. Jeremy and his crew are now scheduled to do work on my Mom's house next week! My experience was WONDERFUL with Tree Pros. I would highly recommend them and am planning to use them again when it comes time to take down a large and aging, high risk Maple in my front yard.

Lied to me over, and over. Swooped in to grab the insurance money and bail without completing the job they estimated. Gave me a price of 17k to cut my entire tree down. My insurance agreed to pay 15k to leave it about 15 feet tall. I told him I would pay the rest to remove all of it. They arrived with a crane, and started cutting. At that moment I reminded the owner that I indeed wanted it cut down. He told me to my face that he would measure what's left and give me an accurate price.. fast forward to evening, and they are putting the equipment away. I saw that my stump was still 15 feet tall, so I found the owner and asked why he didn't finish. He then told me he couldn't because he doesn't have the right equipment, and that's all he can do. I asked how he had planned to cut it all down per his original estimate (which he himself was present for), and he told me he wouldn't have been able to do it. I don't understand why you would even take the job you couldn't complete. The mess he left me would cost an additional 11k to have another tree company finish up. They even pulled my fence post with cement out to get equipment in, and never repaired that either. Thanks for screwing us over and leaving us with an ugly chunk of tree we cannot do anything with now. Find a better company than this. Find one with integrity, and honor. These guys have none.
