        I placed an order on Friday the 18th - asked Amy to charge my credit card right away as I freeze it at night. This was for deliver on Sunday late afternoon. I got a call Saturday night at 6:30 p.m. telling me my credit card didn't work so I reminded her about the charging right away and told her I just unfroze it so please charge right now. I left it unfrozen from that point on the rest of the weekend. Showed up to the funeral on Sunday, no flowers. Not sure what more I could have done. I did call back three times, left two messages within an hour on Saturday to verify that all was good with my phone number and never heard back. I ended up using a much more reliable florist Monday morning who was able to deliver for me within an hour. Thank you to Morris Floral for helping me out.

        I placed an order over the phone. The gal I talked to was very friendly and helpful. The arrangement was perfect for my mom and delivered very promptly. I will definitely use this shop again. Thank you for putting a smile on my moms face.

      Hi Geoff, you are right I did not fill your order. After your card was declined, I looked into your business. You run/work for Allyson Flowers out of OH. You are an order gatherer who takes a good chunk of the money customers give you and call local florist to fill your orders. Which then we only get a portion of what the customer spent and that leads to upset customers. Having a card declined is a huge red flag and when I asked why you said, "florists are them most unreliable people". A fellow florist would not say that about someone else in the industry. I was never told to run the card right away. You even said, Kathy said she forgot to tell you that. You and whoever is working for you are scam artists and 95% of florist will not work with order gatherers anymore because of the upset customers you cause. So, I do feel sorry for your customer you scammed but I will not apologize for not filling your order. Again you are a scam artist and if people go on to look at Allyson Flowers out of OHIO they will see the terrible reviews you have. Amy
