Built detached garage for us the summer of 2021 on our slab. Brian/owner made it easy to design our plan & make changes. They used Willow River lumber, who supplied premium materials. We had to change out the windows during construction and Jarrod & Willow River lumber were quick to order and deliver. Dale the site manager (cousin), Jerrod (brother), and crew did great work and were a joy to work with. We will use Cousin's again on any future projects. Service: General building construction

It has been ten years since they built our home. I still continue to find poor craftsmanship and shoddy work. The latest is the master bath, they miss calculated where the cabinet and sink where to be placed so the water and drain did not line up. Rather than move the lines they sawed the drawer down. They didn't even do that right as the drawer hit the shut off valve causing it to leak at the compression fitting. Slow leak waS not discovered until the cabinet was ruined. Other issues: 1. The HVAC unit was to be in the crawl space they convinced me to have put in in order to have more space in the laundry room. When they where done it is in the laundry room and takes up 20% of the space. 2.i specifcally asked for outside spikets on the front and the back of the house. Luckily i stop by when the plumber was working because there where no spikets on the plan. Being the house was framed, he could only put one in the back and right next to the door. 3. The electrical supply was run in right next to the back door which looks very tacky, even though I asked that it be run underground into the crawl space. They did have a pipe to run the wires in put they framed the house before they had the wires run so they had to run the wire in from outside. 4. The outside light fixtures where done with "add on" boxes and stuck out 3 inches because they did not thick to put the junction boxes in the wall before the sheeting and siding was installed 5. The kitchen sink fell from the cabinet because they used glue to mount the sink to the granite countertop. These are items I can think of but there were more Bear in mind the house was supposed to be completed in early May and was not finished until June. The only thing that done well is the the framing which was done by Wausau. That is the only reason for two stars. The work cousins did was slip shot at best.
