I have trusted Brock to do my taxes for over 10 yrs. His dad also did my parents for over 20 yrs. I trust them so much and Brock always gives me honest and precise advice. He is very knowledgeable and up to date on all the new guidelines. I am usually a procrastinator and will wait until the very last minute many years and Brock and his team are so kind, patient, fast and get it done for me. I would highly recommend them.

I've owned a business in town for 27 years. Hired this company to do my W2's for my employees. Two of them with wrong SSN's on it, which would have created a lot of problems had we not caught it. One of the SSN's they used was for a former employee who does not even work for me anymore. On my personal tax return they forgot to file a form and my bank caught the mistake when I applied for a mortgage. They did correct everything but this is not what I would expect from a long time CPA practice. Very bad experience.

I've been working with Brock at Franke & Associates for over 10 years on my taxes (both personal and bushes) and they have always done a great job for a reasonable price, even when I'm not as organized as I should be.
