Mary was the perfect example of why you want a realtor. She heard and responded to what my price limit was and what I was looking for in a home. We looked at quite a few homes and she was always receptive to my likes and dislikes. She worked with my schedule and was ALWAYS very responsive to calls and texts. Once we found the home that was right for me, she walked me through the process. The seller was extremely difficult to work with but she did everything in her power to keep things going and kept me informed. After closing, she stopped by to check in and gave a beautiful house warming gift. She went above and beyond! I would highly recommend Mary!!!

Mary Schimke was a pleasure to have as our real estate agent. We were so fortunate to have found her. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as we traveled from Fargo, its surrounding cities and drove as far as Detroit Lakes, MN to look at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.
