Online scheduling is worthless. We requested an appointment Sunday for an oil change and tire repair. I showed up at the requested time only to find that the shop was closed. Another customer was also waiting for a non-existent This wasn't reflected on Google or their booking website. Frustrating experience. Update, was told by the social team that a local manager would get back to me within a couple of business days. Nothing happened within a week. To their credit, a regional manager got back to me after I reached out again. Local management obviously needs some basic communication and problem-solving training. I'm still done w/ Tires Plus. It takes a few minutes to update a Google listing. It takes 30 seconds to scrawl out a sign on a piece of paper.
