        Tried renting a 100ft drain snake, unfortunately it did not fit in my drain. The person I rented it from thought it would fit my drain but I should have brought something with to check it with. I was willing to accept the full rental amount even though I only had it 15 minutes or so, it was my bad, and the poor guy helping to unload it from my pickup got hurt. Based on my credit card statement it looks like they gave me a full reimbursement!! They were friendly and helpful and definitely a great place to rent from, just make sure what you are renting will work for what you need.
