We chose The Home Authority based on what we have seen our friends and acquaintances experience in their projects. They were amazing to work with and definitely the perfect fit for our project. They made it easy to stay informed and helped us through every step. The project was on time and on budget which allowed us to add on something extra in the house. :) it was a great experience for our family!

We recently completed a total kitchen remodel and are more than satisfied with the results. We were very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They were easy to talk to and took the time to explain each step and answer any questions. We also appreciated that they offered their ideas and other possibilities. These are the people you trust to work in your home while you are away and your dogs are at home. We are thrilled with the outcome and will definitely call them for whatever home improvements we need in the future. Thank you to the entire Home Authority team for adding value to our home. Working with The Home Authority on our primary bathroom renovation was wonderful! We explored other remodelers but chose The Home Authority after meeting with Rachael and her team. They were at our side during every stage of the complex project, and fully and appropriately transparent from start to finish with all decision points and their related financial impact on the project. Being somewhat familiar with remodeling, we found every member of the team was friendly, courteous, professional, and demonstrably skilled at their particular job. Kris was fantastic to work with as a design consultant. She helped us identify our style and orchestrated the choosing of tile, grout, paint, lighting, and other accessories from amongst seemingly millions of choices. Management of the project was flawless thanks to Josh and the Buildertrend app. The quality of the work is excellent, and were especially pleased with Jessies work as Master Tiler! His work is phenomenal and remains the focal point of our entire project! In fact, we will return to The Home Authority in the near future for our guest bathroom remodel.

I am very pleased with the outcome of the kitchen and bathroom remodeling done at my home. The results are stunning - better than I could have imagined. Everyone who worked on the project was friendly, listened and responded to my questions. There were several subcontractors, as well, and they all did quality work. I felt comfortable having them in my home. Communication was excellent and the online calendar of work was so helpful. I want to especially mention Kris Sailer from Studio A. When I asked her opinion she gave thoughtful responses, but I never felt I was being pushed to make particular decisions.
