Zips Car Wash

This is a horrible car wash I would not recommend anyone to take there vehicle to this car wash this car wash broke my rear windshield wiper off my 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe and the company refused to fix it the manager said if your vehicle is over 7 years old there not responsible if anything breaks on your vehicle my rear windshield wiper worked fine before I used this car wash NEVER AGAIN this company is trash me relocating here from the south I will not recommend anyone to this business and the location is the Moorhead, Minnesota

Located right of the interstate on 34th. Very handy for after work or before. Or on the way back from the lakes. Free vacuums. Free window cleaner and cloth towels. Also there are people who spray your car down at the entrance of the wash. I highly recommend Zips Car Wash

Canceled our plan with Zips after their wash did $900 worth of damage to My wifes car and they refused to do anything about it. They even refused to return repeated calls from my insurance company. Now Im out $900 because I have a $1,000 deductible policy.

Whats the point of having an unlimited wash membership when the place is closed no one to take calls and its supposed to be open until 8pm here at 6:00pm and its closed very unprofessional Review left 05/09/23

Been a loyal customer since it was 4 Seasons, now as ZIPS, it's changed. Before, the attendants were very attentive & did a thorough job, now I have to go through 2xs just to get the road dust off & it looks like they didn't do any prewashing or haven't sprayed anything. The bugs are still stuck on, the windshield didn't get clean after going through the wash, & the dirt is still on the running boards. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect it to be clean (UNLESS it was REALLY dirty). I have went back 3x's hoping that maybe I've been going at an off time or something because I really liked the service I had gotten from 4 Seasons. Currently it doesn't seem worth keeping my subscription if I have to redo it or have to go somewhere else to get it done. I love that they provide free vacuuming, wash clothes, and spray cleaner for you @ no cost!! I just wish they would go back to how great they were....
