        They never run on time and leave you waiting for an hour for an appointment. If I make an appointment at one, i expect to be helped at one.

        Well made an appointment with a different location that had slots open all afternoon, and Jackson Hewitt changed my appointment to this location. Got here and kept waiting, since the Walmart door greeter let me know she was running late today, and I was okay with waiting a bit for them as mine won't take the entire hour slot. We'll, it's past my appointment end time and no one showed up for my appt to do my taxes! I would have rather it been like last year where no one was at the walmart cubicles and couldn't make an appt, at least then we all knew!
