Hill's Tax Services

I worked with Scott (unsure if he's the only tax preparer as there's a woman who answered the phone). I am newer to the area and heard great reviews of this tax person. He asked why my taxes weren't dropped off sooner. I thought I was paying him to do my taxes, not provide counseling sessions, although my taxes were delivered prior to the deadline. It has now been over 2 months and I haven't received any notifications of there being preparations made towards completing my taxes. NOT going back!!! Poor customer service and regard to MY taxes which don't take long. I would imagine they could be done in 15 minutes like all the other tax places I've been to. Does one feel the need to punish PAYING CUSTOMERS because he wishes I would have dropped off my taxes on day one?! This is the first and LAST time I'll be working with Scott.

Ive had excellent results and service from Scott Hill. I've been using them for 9 + years.

The lady I talked to was extremely rude. I am very new to filing taxes, as my mom used to help me throughout college. I asked about having them file my taxes for me. She straight up said were not taking new clients right now. The way she talked to me was rude and I will not be calling for next year.
