Could not have asked for a better Realtor. I had issues with the HOA when purchasing the house but Adam was able to fix the problem quickly. He also helped my first offer on a home get selected. Cant recommend him enough.

Adam was always available when I needed help. Also insanely helpful with any questions I had. Over all a great experience having Adam help me out through the process. Also would always let me know if the house, or property wasn't worth it. Great experience and great guy. Would highly recommend Adam as a realtor.

Adam was the buyer's agent for 2 houses. In both cases he had showed the place and put in an offer within days of initiating interest. Also in both cases the time between the offer and closing was over a year.. He was very patient and maintained good communication throughout. He has exemplary valuation skills as well. For the purchase of the second house he had a good idea of what the seller would take and what I'd pay and likely got the best possible price. Honest and upfront, will say what you need to know. Won't have any regrets.
