Libby's Outdoor Maintenance

Im sure that during fall season, every outdoor maintenance company is busy with sprinkler blowout but to not reply to 2 emails is telling us the company doesnt want new customers. Even if you are booked, a quick simple reply back stating that would be better than no replies whatsoever. Our neighbor was so generous to include us onto the sprinkler blowout route as we just moved in not too long but ours were never done. I emailed the company and even provided my phone number to reschedule a new appointment. No one replied back. My neighbor even sent an email to let them know they missed our house and yet no one replied back. We ended up using another company who was much more responsive in their emails and calls.

Booked an appointment to blow out our sprinklers but they never did it and haven't responded to multiple calls. They did respond to a message left on the website and said they will try to figure out what happened but a week later still no response.

They came out within a quick time-frame to install the a sprinkles. But after that NOTHING. They told my husband that if we want to keep our one year warranty, they have to be the ones to do the blowout that 1st time. Well, no one seems to respond back even after numerous weeks of calling and leaving voice-mails. We had to have a different company come out and they told us that we were the 3rd set of ppl to call about a blowout because they don't respond back. The company that came out also noticed several "no-no's" when it came to how the sprinkles were installed. Now we have to get them fixed in the Spring. I kind of thought something was wrong, as when my husband first turned on the sprinkles to show me, some of them weren't working. I asked him if they checked all the sprinkles before they left. I asked him if they showed him how to adjust them if he needed to. Nope to both. So just be cautious if you plan on calling them about an install.

Used this company for plowing. Horrible customer service. Never answered the phone during the last blizzard while we waited and waited for service. A driver came once and pushed snow in front of our dumpster and then left. Company still refused to answer their phone for close to a week. When finally contacted, their response was "Go find another company"! Thank you, we will!
