Birch Lake Landscaping

We had Adam come and hydro seed areas where trees had been removed. He and his crew came and did the job and when they left reassured that if the seed did not pop to call and they would take care of the problem. Well only some of the seed germinated I was told it took 90 days. After 90 days it was no better. Was then told no warranty because he didnt maintain the yard. I guess a person is only as good as their word and on this project his word is worthless. What a waste of $1250.00. Service: Grass seeding

They did extensive work for my family placing a custom retaining wall, hydroseeding a yard, Patio, Front walk, driveway, and landscaping. Their professionalism and attention to detail set them apart from other companies I had worked with in the past. The owner Adam also had an artistic eye when it came to designs for our projects. They did such a nice job that I hired them again this summer to do more work.

Adam kept every commitment he made in our contract. Took 100% pride in everything he did. Went above and beyond knowing that I was on physical restrictions. Setting my sprinklers up for me to keep new plants watered. All around amazing person and an example of customer service and restores faith in being a consumer. I plan to continue to work with and referring him to others!

Had birch lake landscaping out to do my yard clean up and they did amazing job would totally hire them again I would give them 10 stars if I could

I had an excellent experience with Adam - Birch Lake Landscaping. First of all, after notifying him of my interest through friendly and professional office staff, Adam got back to me the next day. He said he would meet with me at the end of his workday and he was there and at the time he said. I don't know about you, but meeting dates and times is not what I have experience with other contractors. I told him a little of what I had in mind regarding my sump pump drain line. He walked the prospective project with me and went through all my options and his recommendations. I had a specific material in mind , which was difficult to find. Adam searched and reached out to me with updates until he found it. I was amazed. This was late fall and the project needed to get completed as soon as possible. Adam was able to fit me in his schedule. Again, right on time. Adam and Team came out on the date planned and worked very conscientiously and very professionally - they worked the project as if it were their own house. Adam was easy to reach and very open to questions and providing recommendations. Overall, an excellent experience and I was extremely pleased with the work - the drainage system and landscaping works/looks great! It is a pleasure writing this review - I highly recommend Birch Lake Landscaping! Thank you.
