Needed a new Roof, was getting screwed over by a different company. Got a new quote from Miller Contracting and got our new roof a few weeks later where the other company quotes the job last year

They installed our gutters and roof heaters installed on my townhome (along with my neighbor) in summer 2021. This spring, the downspout came apart from the roof. My neighbor called asking them to come out to correct, but we've been waiting roughly to 4 weeks now! They never finished installing the roof heaters, too. They left the cables literally hanging, where we had to climb a ladder and connect an extension cable. Update: they finally came out ~2 weeks after posting this to fix the gutter.

After the storms in our area this past spring we were bombarded with door to door contractors. After having an extensive professional conversation with a representative from Miller Design as well as a complete inspection of our home. We decided to go with this Company. We are very satisfied with how the whole process went, from the personal attention we received answering all of our questions to the actual replacement of our roofs. The crew was very professional and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right as well as the exceptional job they did with the cleanup. I don't indorse many companies, but Miller Design is the exception. How refreshing to work with a company that does exactly what is said it would do, a rarity these days. I would definitely recommend Miller Design for all for your contractor. needs.
